We had a fantastic response to the Age-Friendly AI workshop in Lullymore, with over 70 attendees taking part and engaging enthusiastically throughout the session. Many participants commented that they learned something new and enjoyed the experience.

The event formed part of County Kildare’s celebrations marking the completion of the National Broadband Plan rollout and highlighted how improved connectivity can support digital participation, lifelong learning and community engagement. Appropriately, the workshop took place at Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park, one of County Kildare’s Broadband Connection Points, demonstrating how digital infrastructure can support local communities in practical and meaningful ways.

A special thank you to Kildare County Council, County Kildare LEADER Partnership and the wonderful team at Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park for their partnership, support and hospitality in making the event such a success.
