Following a successful training workshop in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, the Age-Friendly AI initiative continued the journey to the two-day Senior Times 50 Plus Show in Sligo at Sligo’s Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa.

At a dedicated Age-Friendly AI stand, attendees engaged in lively conversations, and shared their viewpoints on AI while discussing the impact of this new technology on our daily lives. We also showcased ‘The Spirit of Radio’ – a vintage-looking 1920s radio with an AI surprise that sparked interest and dialogue.

Age-Friendly AI training workshops took place on both days of the show. These training workshops are an opportunity to raise awareness about AI. Very popular was our Age-Friendly AI Glossary, which explains the main terms of Artificial Intelligence at one glance.
